1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting this site, purchasing a product, registering for a workshop, or enrolling in mentorship, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not continue to engage with this site or services.
2. Program Access and Ownership
All digital content, frameworks, exercises, videos, and materials shared via Heidi Van Rensburg Consulting are proprietary intellectual property. These materials are for personal use only. Redistribution, replication, resale, or sharing of any kind is strictly prohibited and legally enforceable.
3. Client Responsibility & Results Disclaimer
This work requires action. While tools, frameworks, and coaching support are provided to facilitate powerful internal and external shifts, results are not guaranteed.
Why? Because results require implementation, emotional maturity, and persistent action — which are outside our control.
We do not promise specific income, personal, or professional outcomes. Testimonials are individual results and do not reflect guaranteed expectations.
4. Refund & Return Policy
🔹 Mentorship, Coaching & Digital Programs
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our programs and the transformational value built into every product and service, no refunds are issued once a program is purchased or started. This includes group coaching, TIR mentorship, and self-study programs.
🔹 Workshops & Live Events
No refunds are offered for live events, challenges, or workshops unless stated in a specific tier offer. Premium ticket holders may be eligible for a refund only if all conditions are met:

Full attendance at all live sessions (camera on, present)

Completion of all assignments or reflection exercises

Submission of a refund request within 72 hours of program conclusion
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
🔹 Deposits for High-Ticket Programs
Deposits for mentorship or premium offers are non-refundable under any circumstance.
However, if we discuss it in writing, the deposit may be credited toward another program within 6 months.
5. Payment Terms & Plans
By choosing a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments in full. Failure to complete payments may result in removal from programs, access restrictions, or collections.
We reserve the right to disable account access after missed payments without notice. Missed payments will not trigger eligibility for a refund.
6. Media Consent
By participating in group calls, workshops, or mentorship programs, you consent to the recording of sessions, which may include your image, voice, and name. These may be used internally or for marketing and educational purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before participation.
7. Confidentiality
All private coaching sessions are confidential. However, group sessions are public spaces. It is your responsibility to exercise discretion when sharing personal information in live group settings.
8. Disclaimers
We are not licensed therapists, financial advisors, or medical professionals. Our programs are educational and developmental in nature. Nothing shared should be considered a substitute for qualified professional advice in legal, financial, medical, or psychological matters.
9. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Heidi Van Rensburg Consulting be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in our programs, use of our site, or reliance on any information provided.
You agree to use all services and materials at your own risk.
10. Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the site or services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
