Ride The Dragon — Free 3-Day Live Workshop · Starts Tuesday 1 December
Starts Tuesday 1 December · Free · Live

Ride the Dragon. You built everything they said would make you happy.
You've always known something felt off.
You just couldn't afford to admit it.

The fire that used to keep you awake at night — the one that knew there was more has gone so quiet you almost stopped listening.

Almost. But not quite. Because you're here.

That fire doesn't die. It goes dormant. And somewhere in you, you've always known the difference. It's why you can't fully settle. Why the Sunday dread hits harder than it should. Why you've built things that should feel like enough — and they don't.

This workshop is three days of finally understanding why. And what to do about it.

1See the gap between what you decide and what you actually do
2Understand why trying harder never moved it
3Leave with one specific, honest next step

There is a force that rises every time you move toward the life that is actually yours.

It doesn't announce itself. It arrives as a busy week, a reason to wait, a voice that says not yet, not quite, not ready. It feels exactly like common sense. It feels exactly like you.

It isn't you. It's the gap between what you decide and what you actually do — running underneath your choices for years, keeping you competent, contained, and quietly out of frame.

The fire in you never went out.
It's been waiting for you to come back for it.

You don't need another plan. You need to see what's been quietly running this one — and that's exactly where three days starts.

Starts Tue 1 Dec.

Three days to meet what actually is.

Three Days · Three Shifts · One Decision

This Is What 3 Days Looks Like
When Everything Changes

Most workshops give you information. This one gives you something you can't unfind.

Day
01

The Results Code

+ The Invisible Driver

See what your results are really saying — and uncover what's been deciding for you all along

Your results aren't random. They're a message — and tonight, you decode it.

  • Income that's stayed the same for years
  • Sunday night dread, right on schedule
  • The opportunity you talked yourself out of — again
  • The dream you've quietly stopped mentioning

Something has been calling the shots. It isn't you.

You've promised yourself change before. It didn't stick.

  • Swore you'd stop playing small — hesitated when it counted
  • Said you'd handle money differently — nothing moved
  • Rehearsed that conversation — still haven't had it

Tonight you meet it: what it is, where it came from, why fighting it never worked.

You don't have to fight it. You just have to learn how to ride it.

Day
02

Why You Stop When It Matters Most

+ Create Your Own Economy

Understand the exact moment you pull back — and question the ceiling that's been deciding how big your life gets to be

The idea you've sat on for two years. The programme you almost joined — three times. That pull isn't weakness. It's fear, and it moves in stages:

  1. It whispers "not yet" — you delay.
  2. It hands you something urgent — you get distracted.
  3. You push past both — it goes to full alarm.

Tonight you learn to recognise every stage while it's happening.

Then — what if the size of the life you've settled for was never about what's possible, only about what you once decided you were worth? Most people never ask for more than feels safe. Tonight, that internal ceiling gets named — and questioned.

Not with hustle. With getting brutally honest about what you actually want.

What you want most is on the other side of that wall — and the only way through is through.

Day
03

The Freedom Code

The formula that reveals the levels, the decision, and the shift that changes everything

By now you've seen your results clearly, met the hidden driver, and questioned the ceiling. Day 3 is where it locks into place — not through more effort, but through one real decision.

Freedom comes from seeing clearly and refusing to keep living from the level that created the results you came here to change.

Now the real question
Wanting more is easy.
Reserving your seat is easy.
Showing up when it asks
something real of you —
that's where most people quietly disappear.

Reserving a seat is the easy part — that takes ten seconds and no courage at all. Showing up live is harder. Staying present for all three evenings, harder still. And actually letting what you see change something — that's the part almost no one commits to in advance. It's decided evening by evening, not at registration.

Those few change their life.
Who will you be?
Why it's three days, not one

You can't skip to the decision

The part of you that's kept things exactly this size for years won't hand over control because you asked once, on Day 3. It has to be seen first, on Day 1. Then met, under pressure, on Day 2. Only then does the decision on Day 3 actually stick — which is why the catch-up window is 48 hours, not eventually.

You're already looking for the reason to leave.

It'll be a good one. It always is. Too busy this month, wrong timing, you'll catch the next one, you should probably think about it first.

That voice has been with you a long time. It's the reason the income sits where it sits. The reason Sunday evening feels the way it does. The reason you pulled back the last time something real got close, and the time before that, and told yourself afterwards it was just sensible.

It isn't sensible. It's the thing we're going to name on Day 1.

Three evenings. No cost. Starting Tuesday 1 December, and small enough that I'll know whether you're there.

Heidi van Rensburg
Proctor Gallagher · TIR Mentor

Hi, I'm Heidi.

"I spent 24 years doing what I thought I was supposed to do — functioning on the outside, frustrated on the inside."

What changed wasn't more effort. It was finally seeing the gap between what I was deciding and what I was actually doing — what all that effort had been running into. That is exactly what I help my clients see.

3
Days to see what has been shaping your results from the inside out
  • I'll help you see beneath the visible problem.
  • I'll help you understand why your effort has been aimed at the wrong level.
  • I'll leave you with a specific honest next step — not just more clarity about the problem.

After 3 Days

The workshop shows you what's in the way.
The mentorship removes it.

Three days to see it. Twenty-six weeks to become someone it no longer has power over. That's the work that changes a life.

You'll want it faster than that. Everyone does. We've been trained to expect the thing to arrive the same day we decide we want it, and anything that doesn't pay off inside a fortnight starts to feel like it isn't working.

That impatience isn't in the way of the work. It's the thing we're working on.

It's the same reflex that's ended things at week six your whole life. Seeing it is quick — you'll do that in three days. Changing what it does to you takes longer, and it's the only part that actually holds.

A note

This isn't for everyone.

If you're hoping more information will shift things on its own, this week is not the right fit.

This is for people who are done collecting insight and ready to look honestly at what's underneath it.

If you've already put a name to the pattern that's been running this for you — this week is where you meet it directly, not read about it again.

Who is this for?+

People who know they want more, but keep experiencing the same hesitation, pull-back, and stop-start pattern when it's time to move. If you're tired of staying in your head while your real life stays the same, this week is for you.

You don't need to be ready. You don't need to have it figured out. You need to be honest enough to admit something has been quietly off, and curious enough to spend three evenings finding out what. If you're hesitating right now, that's not a sign to wait. That's the dragon. And it's the exact thing this week was built for.

Is this free?+

Yes. Completely free to attend live. Reserve your seat and you'll receive all event details — the Zoom link and everything you need to prepare — by email.

Here's why that matters more than it sounds.

The understanding of how the mind actually operates — paradigms, the subconscious, the invisible gap between what you want and what you get — is less than a century old in its modern form, and most people go their whole lives without meeting it in any structured way.

Napoleon Hill spent 20 years gathering it. Bob Proctor spent over 60 years living and teaching it. You're encountering it now. Three days. No cost. Show up and use it.

When does it start?+

Tuesday 1 December is Day 1. Three consecutive evenings — Tuesday 1st through Thursday 3rd — live on Zoom.

Session time: 6pm Cape Town / 5pm Berlin / 4pm London / 11am New York. Each session runs approximately 75–90 minutes — there's real ground to cover each evening, and it won't be rushed. Reserve your seat and the Zoom link will land in your inbox with everything you need to prepare.

What if my time zone makes the live sessions difficult?+

That's the reason the catch-up window exists. Live is 6pm SAST — which is 4pm London, 11am New York, and much harder further west or east.

If the live time genuinely doesn't work for your zone or your work day, you can still complete the workshop by catching up within 48 hours of each session. Live is preferred — but access should not be what stops you from starting.

How much time do I need each day?+

Block two hours. The session runs 75 to 90 minutes. Whatever's left is yours — to write down what just landed, to feel it, to not jump straight back into your inbox like nothing happened.

The people who change in this week are the ones who treat that block as a non-negotiable appointment with the version of themselves they've been postponing. Diary it like it matters. Because it does.

What's the difference between joining live and using the catch-up replay?+

Live is where the work actually happens. The catch-up replay lets you keep pace with the arc if a session was impossible — it does not do the same work.

Live, you're a participant. Your nervous system knows it's happening in real time. You feel the shifts other people are having. You catch the moment something clicks for someone else and realise — that's me too. You are in a room, and the room is doing something to you.

Catch-up is single-file. It's content delivered to you, not work happening around you. It's the accommodation, not the experience. Use it when life makes live impossible. Do not choose it because it feels safer.

Live is where the dragon shows itself. And where you decide to ride it.

What if I already know what to do?+

Then you already have the evidence. You've known for years and the number hasn't moved. If knowing were enough, it would have been enough by now.

Something interrupts the follow-through the moment action becomes real. That interruption is what we go after — not more information about what you should be doing.

What happens if I miss one of the 3 days?+

If life makes a session impossible, a 48-hour catch-up replay is available so you don't lose the arc. But here's the truth: each day stacks on the one before, and Day 3 only lands the way it does because of what cracked open live on Days 1 and 2. The catch-up lets you keep pace. It does not do the same work.

So if you can choose to be there live — even ten minutes late, even with the kids in the background, even tired — choose that. Imperfect live attendance beats a perfect replay every time. The version of you that keeps showing up despite — that's the version this whole workshop is built to wake up.

What happens after the workshop?+

At the end of the 3 days, a select few participants will be invited into my 26-week mentorship — Frequency to Freedom™.

That container is for people serious about changing their results, not just collecting insight. It's not offered publicly. The workshop is how I meet the right people.
