We offer mentorship, mindset coaching, digital products, and events for transformational personal and professional growth. Results are individual and dependent on your participation and effort.

This is a licensed product. All materials (videos, guides, worksheets, etc.) are the property of Heidi Van Rensburg Consulting. Reuse, copying, or redistribution is not permitted. 

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be completed as agreed. Payment plans are legally binding, and failure to pay may result in access suspension or legal collection action.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our programs and digital content, no refunds are issued. Refund exceptions for premium events may apply at the discretion of the proprietor of this mentor service. 

6. Client Responsibility

We provide tools and mentorship — results depend on you. Non-participation, indecision, or inconsistency are not grounds for refund or complaint.

7. Confidentiality

Group coaching is semi-public. Share at your discretion. Private sessions are held confidentially unless disclosure is legally required.

We are not responsible for direct or indirect damages or losses from using our content, services, or programs.
